We have been fighting in the assembly, and we were able to secure $2 million in our one house budget, but we have to continue to ensure that our governor includes every single dollar of that money in our final budget. And I will be proud to vote for a budget that includes resources for our 4,201 schools, including my dear Lexington School of the Deaf. As a person with a disability, I wear hearing aids.
