Domestic abuse, there's a lot of issues. Again, we need to look at that broad picture and in the healthcare capacity as well. There's people that can't get transplant surgeries. There's people that can't have preventative care that will prevent them from having worse health conditions as we continue. So there's a lot that we have to look at at a broad scope. That's really what I'm asking for and that's what the constituents are asking for. (01:07–01:14)
