So all those things bog down business, which therefore they have less funds to pay their employees, they have less funds or opportunities to grow and expand and offer more jobs to a community. And Some of these regulations actually end up shutting businesses down. because they cannot take on the financial toll that it costs. And so when I look at how that translates here, within our state, within our region, within the Northwoods, we want to make sure we have manufacturing up and running. (23:13–23:17)
