What do you think is the strangest quirk? Well, I think that is a quirk because having served in the state legislature. Well, two things. First of all, When we debate bills, everybody's there and watching and listening. And now often the room is empty and everybody comes in for their five minutes and leaves. But also, how difficult it is and how intentional you have to be to talk to a member of the other party and to talk to a member of the other body. (10:24–10:35)
