A lot of them have been around since the end of World War II. And so I need better housing, I need better childcare, I need better energy. All the things We don't have enough energy to meet defense needs, but everyone's needs. And so I want to find these creative relationships, these public private partnerships. So I am extremely thankful for Dominion Energy and the agreement that they have with the United States Navy that they will do that. (04:01–04:06)
