So we had to pass that in a hurry and end of the budget to beat him to the punch there and capture that federal funding. So we had to raise that hospital assessment, which is a hospital bed tax. And We were the lowest in the country to raising it to want to be with pretty much along with everybody other state, but a higher, much higher rate. And the hospitals wanted that because they know even though they're paying that hospital assessment, it actually kicks in what the federal government repays them back for that for what they do.
