And so we sit there in our office and mark yes or no on a ballot rather than having real debate on legislation or even interchange of ideas. So that's really a problem. Well, now that method, does it allow for amendments? The paper ballot? No. So someone comes in with a bill idea and it has some merit, but it could be tweaked.
