If there were ice or if the snow was continuing, then we would have situations where you possibly couldn't drive on roads. That's not going to be the case. We have 1,567 precincts, so most people aren't going to have to travel more than a few miles to get to their actual precinct caucus. We're used to those cold temperatures.
