You know, it is a joint effort and between the President's decision to pour resources into D.C. and the coordination between the local and the federal agencies, and the fact that my office. We've changed our policy. We're going forward on all the arrests, other than 10% of the arrests, to make sure that people are accountable. And, you know, it's tough.
