Why I went to Superior Court with the charging decision. Yeah, the charging, the criminally Negligent homicide is DC Code 22 934. The defendants, all three of them, face up to 20 years in prison. It is not a federal case. This is a case that is controlled by the D.C. statutes. So it Wouldn't go to Superior. Why are the charges limited to these three people in the room and not their supervisors? Who. Presumably because we have to prove the case where people are actively involved. (21:13–21:20)
