It was sort of covered up that we were running deficits. So I came into office at a time when people understood that we need to get back on track. We were 50th in credit rating. 50th out of 50 states. Wow. And we also had a massive pension debt and still do. But we were headed the wrong direction. We're 39% funded pensions. 39%.
