As you may know, just this morning we released a report. We, I appointed the Illinois Accountability Commission. We gathered evidence of the abuses of isis, CBP and that iac. The commission put out We released a report... showing that people, in fact, did break the law and certainly breach the protocols of law enforcement. These are changes that need to take place. Yeah, that's more of an issue of substance. I'm thinking of more of the process issues of, of ethics, conduct norms kind of thing. (34:36–34:54)
