Well here in Illinois, Democrats hired more teachers so that we can have a better student teacher ratio all across the our state. In fact, we now have more teachers in Illinois than we've ever had in our history. We put $3 billion more every year into our public schools in Illinois. And you know the results of that. Illinois is 8th grade reading school. I want to remind you guys, when I took office and Bruce Rauner was governor just before me, but I want to tell you, Illinois's 8th graders not doing terribly bad. (13:29–13:35)
