And it could be multiple jurisdictions you're negotiating with beyond just those separate tax lines. So it could be 10 or 15 boards that you're trying to negotiate. It's near impossible. And Many businesses choose not to do that in Illinois because we don't have a pilot bill. So we need to pass a pilot bill either way.
