Side note, the president attacks Chicago as if we've got more crime than anywhere else. Illinois ranks 19th out of 50 states in terms of its crime rate. And Chicago's homicide rate has been cut in half over the last several years. And indeed we have, at this point, the lowest violent crime rate since 1965 in Chicago.
