Really, what we're beyond the sort of the cultural level and the shift that we're experiencing in this country, which is all part of the same movement, if you will. But congressionally, we are doing way too much as a nation. There are three things that our Constitution enumerates for the federal government to take care of. It's national defense, interstate commerce, and foreign affairs. Everything else should be pushed down as low as possible so we can manage it personally.
