Well, we have to, on that we have to do then do a standing filibuster or force a standing filibuster in the Senate so that we can get that passed in a natural majority vote. I hope they can do it. And Susan Collins, who doesn't usually vote with her fellow Republicans, is coming back across the right side of the lines. Definitely in the rhino category, but it could be consequential right now.
