So in the state of Texas, While we have 30 million people that live in the state, we have approximately a little bit less than 19 million that are registered voters. But when we look at voter turnout, We are only looking at a little bit more than 50% of the voters actually show up and vote. And so that's how those numbers can be transposed that way, because we are not voting. Basically, everybody's not voting. Now, there's a number of reasons for that. (14:54–15:01)
