So one of the things I haven't talked about is that Texas has 38 U.S. representatives. And when they went through to do this redistricting, everybody talks about the five. The five, the five. They literally change the composition of 37 out of 38 districts in the state of Texas. Everybody is getting touched. 37 out of 38 in a state of 30 million people. So basically, they shuffled around 29 million people, and then a little less than a million people didn't get touched. (20:02–20:10)
