They have what I would consider to be like, a hybrid situation where you can get attorneys that are appointed off the wheel. The wheel is like this random selection process that they have for attorneys, and in order for you to qualify for certain cases, like, you would have had to have had different amounts of trials or your first sharing that kind of stuff or whatever.
