So these are the questions that started to go off in my head. But for me, I was like, well, the prosecutor was the problem. The prosecutor had the power to decide, I'm going to reduce this to a misdemeanor or I'm going to go ahead and give them a diversion option. And so when I ran back then, I came up with a diversion program where if someone had a low level, even felony and it was non violent in nature, that we should give them the option of going into the military.
