My question is, what are we negotiating for? What is it that we're trying to get? Because we know that they already will ignore the law, The 1st, the 4th, the 5th and the 14th amendments have all been thrown out of the window by this administration. So Mr. Stouten, DHS's internal use of force policies are supposed to be guided by constitutional protections under the fourth Amendment. Do you think that we're seeing that. (03:05–03:11)
