And the reason that I say that is because the Department of Education, unlike Doge, is a real department. That's number one. Number two, when I say that it's real, it was created by Congress. That means that No president, this one Joe Biden or any other, would have ever had the ability to, with the swipe of their pen, decide that they were going to delete this entire agency.
