And to be perfectly honest, without that voting rights, I don't believe that I actually would have a seat in Congress [without the Voting Rights Act]. And so I do believe in preserving the fact that everyone should be entitled to real and true representation because I do have a Section 2 seat as our Voting Rights act has been decimated.
