Ultimately, if somebody says for some reason you aren't able to vote, have them pass a provisional ballot. In addition to that, I know that there was a lot of talk previously about those that have been formerly incarcerated, Formerly incarcerated folk in the state of Texas, they can vote so long as they are not currently on any paper.
