Where the second largest potato producing state after Idaho, of course, the world's best chili, the Pueblo chili, grown right here in the state of Colorado. We certainly don't want people thinking that Hatch chilies are Pueblo chilies. This bill would prohibit false advertising, basically claiming that an agricultural product that was grown in Florida or California or Texas was somehow a Colorado Proud or Colorado produced product. It's really common sense and it's very important because we value that Colorado Proud branding and logo. We put a lot of effort at Colorado Department of Agriculture and building that consumer consumer awareness. (01:03–01:15)
