Well, I want to thank the Senate for passing a strong bill and as you know, didn't make it through the House. But it's something that I continue to support. And I think we all, you know, The value of ownership as opposed to rental is a key one for wealth building. And if we can find ways to offer that to more families, I think that would be a good thing for the state. (54:35–54:39)
