It happens everywhere. Now I know there are a number of pieces of really common sense legislation in the pipeline in Congress right now that the gun lobby has held up. These are common sense things that Republicans, Democrats, Independents, gun owners agree with, like background checks to make sure that the dangerously mentally ill and criminals don't have weapons. And there should never be an instance when military grade weapons are being used by civilians. We got to keep them out of our school schools and off our streets. (06:38–06:53)
