Businesses make money, enterprises make money. If we want to fund the good things that we do here in the state of Oregon. We have to be business focused, business friendly. We must protect our workers and there must be shared prosperity. So I expect that as we put forth this proposal in the legislature, that it will be something that will be shared by all. Diverse communities must participate in this process. (10:38–10:47)
