I think we'll be able to compete. Again, as the Secretary mentioned, they're there. You know, they're their own country. They can make the decisions they want. We've made a decision to have tariffs on Chinese automobiles. You know, the Canadians have now changed to a quota system, so they still have some restrictions on Chinese automobiles up there.
