I was trying to meet people where they were and you know, I said we can, we can do some things at the state level to help out with housing costs, with health care, with child care, and given that We're sitting on a fairly substantial surplus, we can give some of that money back...in the form of middle class tax cuts. So that was, those were in essence, the issues I, I campaigned on.
