We got to regulate these products so that they're safe, so that we're keeping them out of the hands of kids, keeping them away from schools, and we're addressing deceptive marketing. We should do all that. Regulation in this instance is good, but an absolute ban is draconian. It's extreme. It doesn't do anything but enrich the big tobacco and big beer lobbies.
