The bill that's now coming out of the House is a Democrat bill that a few Republicans have joined on. It's a very few that joined on to be able to force the vote on that. We've already voted on [the House bill] in the Senate and have said, absolutely not. We're not going to do that. This is ignoring all the fraud issues. This is ignoring the fact that Democrats lifted the cap, where you got people making half a million dollars getting federal subsidies. (03:10–03:14)
