We will start early January working on next year's speech just like we did last January working on it. So this is literally a 12 month project for us to be able to get it done. We changed the way that hiring is done at Tinker and McAllister and several of other bases to be able to speed up especially civilian hiring. to make that better. We worked a lot on this issue about the E3 and the E7. We, we worked on a lot of the projects for Lawton, Fort Sill, so our National Guard. (01:07–01:16)
