Members of Congress and the White House Office of Management and Budget have to remain in Washington, D.C. we have no official travel budget, nor can we use our campaign travel budget to be able to leave. We're in session seven days a week and we have to remain here working on one thing, appropriations. The bill actually prevents us from moving to other topics until we finish the appropriation work.
