Basically they took Title 10 funding away from Oklahoma because we would not promote abortion in our state. not provide, promote. And the Biden administration said, if you don't promote abortion in your state, we'll take away Title 10 funds. Those Title 10 funds should still be restored to our state. (04:52–04:58)
