That's what the focus is. We're using federal tax dollars to provide tablets for prisoners. Nobody wants their tax dollars to go for that. The prisoners were then taking the tablets and using them for illegal things and harassing people outside the prison gates. which they're not supposed to communicate with people outside the prison gate. I know of public school kids in Kentucky that would be in desperate need of those tablets and all that digital technology to help with learning. (16:10–16:19)
