The President has no authority to start this war and no plan to end it. And Congress is vital on both fronts, both for the Constitution and for sound strategy in the Middle East. Congress needs to be involved, and we need to reclaim our war powers. And we also need to establish a bipartisan blueprint for our posture towards Iran.
