Can you speak also in my last 10 seconds on the federal support restriction whereby Certain EDF programs cannot loan to projects that are expected to get any form of federal support. Obviously, if it's 100% federal support, it doesn't make sense, but any federal support. Yeah, I'm open certainly to a dialogue on that. I wasn't around at the time that those rules were created.
