It's a lot of hard work, but it also, there's so many rewards. I think the most challenging part is when you see a problem, you just want to fix it. And In this role, as a member of Congress in the legislative branch, it's not an executive position. So you have to work with other people. Not that working with other people is hard, but it really forces you to look at things from different perspectives and ask a lot of questions and try to get people to agree with you. (23:53–24:01)
