That notion and that belief that we are of something greater than simply force has allowed our country to rise in international influence and allowed great cities to be laboratories of democracy. We must reject the notion that might make right again and again. We must understand that it is not the clash of iron that furthers the notions of democracy, but it is the intense battle of ideas.
