There will be instances when somebody will call 911 reporting a kidnapping. Many times those calls do in fact come in even during some form of federal raid. So The presence of ICE doesn't mean that our responsibility to keep people safe stops. It means that we have to be there to protect people, to protect property and to save lives. That job doesn't get thrown in the garbage simply because the actions of the federal government happen to be garbage themselves. (20:51–20:59)
