Of course they're offering advice and input, support. But The fact that this has happened in one city, we don't do anything about it, and then it happens in another city is negligence. At best, it's active, actively preventing change from happening at worst. And it's actually the latter, the day of the shooting, you know, I was at an event earlier, earlier in the morning.
