This legislation would sanction drug cartels and chemical suppliers, which you've been talking about, the precursors that come from China, involved in international drug trafficking. So can you speak a little bit more building on what Senator Hasen talked about, the importance of not only preventing the activities of international drug cartels, but also the activities that you were speaking about in China, stopping those precursor chemicals from coming here.
