But where we need to go as a federal government is to revise the federal bureaucracies and slim them down so they're actually accomplishing the mission that occurs in the forests, in the farmlands, on the waters. So We need more people boots on the ground, not people sitting in an office. That's the adaption that we need to do as a government. And again, I could talk for long time with slides to show examples of where the federal government and to an extent the state government has grown bureaucratically, but not functionally.
