So these letters are the first step, the first effort to try to force these states to get serious about prosecuting fraud. And that's exactly what we're doing. Let me just talk about one final issue here. We see a lot of fraud in the home health care and in the hospice care system. I think Dr. Oz will probably talk a little bit more about that.
