Well, Bill, you know, this point, I understand this point, and sure, I'm sure that Vladimir Putin has his military objectives, and obviously he hasn't stopped the killing, even though the President wants that very much to happen. But The way to solve this is to continue to engage in diplomacy. And so that's what the President asked us to do.
