More importantly, this effort to focus on fraud wouldn't exist without the President's leadership. So I want to thank the President, United States, for making this possible. And second, very, very importantly, The United States Senate actually did a quick, efficient job of confirming Colin McDonald's. He got, I believe, every single Republican vote.
