The President has made very clear from day one, we want to get relief to the people of North Carolina as quickly and as rapidly as humanly possible. And that's what we're trying to do. The second thing I'll say is that I understand the governor had a very good call with the President, I believe on 9 11, actually about a week and a half ago.
