We did have a rare bipartisan win recently in the House. Last week, we voted on a resolution blocking the national emergency Trump declared in order to raise tariffs on Canada. Six Republicans joined Democrats in supporting the resolution. Speaker Johnson tried to prevent it from happening. He buried a language in basic procedural vote that would have stopped us from moving forward on the resolution. (12:49–12:54)
